Public Float and Total Equity added to SEC databases

Public Float and Total Equity have been added to several SEC databases as a result of increased interest in the data due to proposed SEC rule changes.

These data points have been added to the following database downloads:

• Audit Fees
• Audit Opinions + Form AP
• Auditor Engagements
• Internal Controls
• Late Filers

Additionally, a Public Float filter has been added to each database's search page, allowing users to filter and sort by this value:
