1. Features
1.1. Crowdfunding database
The Crowdfunding data set is now available for ESG + Funds subscribers! This new data set provides information about capital formation activities by smaller issuers under Regulation Crowdfunding and Regulation A. The data set contains the full history of forms 1-A, 1-A/A, C, and C/A. Each record contains information about the type and value of security offered, target number of securities, price per security, plus the intermediary and sales provider associated with that disclosure.
The Audit Analytics Crowdfunding data set enables users to identify emerging sectors and investment opportunities, understand the impact of these regulations on small business growth and economic development, and benchmark fundraising activities against industry standards.
Search page and download
Users can search through crowdfunding disclosures, filtering by various attributes such as CIK, type of security offered, target offering amount, offering year, and whether the financial statements have been audited.
Search results can be exported into a CSV file for further analysis.
1.2. Cybersecurity
Additional data points are now available in the Cybersecurity database for Accounting + Oversight subscribers. New data points include Breach Stage, Materiality, Number of Impacted Users, Attack Name, Perpetrator, and Disruption. These new data points have initially been backfilled for all breaches with a disclosure date since November 2023. Further backfill is in progress for older breaches.
Search page and download
In addition to the existing Cybersecurity search filters, users can now search through breaches by filtering for materiality, breach stage, disruption, and number of impacted users.
The download has been updated to include the new data points. Search results can be exported into a CSV file for further analysis.
