The Audit Analytics Europe Transparency Reports database provides comprehensive information about transparency reports published by audit firms located in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, including details of all public interest entities disclosed in these reports.
1. Understanding the database
The Europe Transparency Reports database covers transparency reports published annually by audit firms located in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, along with the names of all entities disclosed on each audit firm's transparency reports.
EU regulations require auditors of public interest entities (which includes listed entities) to publish an annual transparency report within four months of the end of each financial year. Among other required disclosures, the regulation requires a list of public interest entities for which the statutory auditor or the audit firm carried out statutory audits during the preceding financial year.
2. Accessing the database
The Europe Transparency Reports database is available through multiple channels:

Note: Access requires the relevant subscription.

The database enables you to:

4. Understanding the data collection
The data is sourced directly from audit firm transparency reports. All clients, especially the public interest entities, are extracted and normalised to ensure consistency across the database.
