Audit Analytics provides comprehensive Company Profiles, offering a quick and valuable way to gain insights into publicly traded companies. These profiles serve as a valuable tool for obtaining essential company information with just a glance.
1. Accessing Company Profiles
Dashboard Access
To find a specific SEC company profile, simply enter the company's name in the company search tool on the dashboard.
Database Search Access
After performing a database search, a list of companies will appear in your search results. Clicking on a company name will take you to their company profile.
2. Navigating the Company Profile
Company profiles are divided into four main sections:
- Overview
- Company Info
- Governance
- Legal
Each tab contains relevant subtabs of data, providing in-depth information on relevant aspects of the company.
Each data sourced from an SEC filings provides links to source filings, allowing you to access detailed information about the data presented with the click of a button.
Additionally, you will notice at the top of the Company Profile, you'll find red flags indicating risk factors from the past year.
Clicking on each flag will bring you to the data relevant to that specific risk factor.
3. Additional Tools
At the top right of each company profile, you will notice the links "Risk Matrix", "Peer Download", and "Create Report". Each of these tools provides valuable information

Company profiles also offer a peer download feature, helping you easily identify a company's peers for comparison
2. Accounting Quality + Risk Matrix (AQRM)
The Accounting Quality + Risk Matrix is a tool for quickly interpreting information on the last 5 years of audits of public companies. It is invaluable for helping to identify accounting, audit, and governance red flags for public companies.
Each company profile includes an AQRM, accessible via the small icon in the top right corner.
The AQRM flags are categorized into five sections:
- Auditors
- Financial Reporting
- Controls
- Stakeholders
- Insiders
Each flag has a range of severity. The AQRM legend helpfully identifies how to interpret the flags.
